PCB Process Overview

Overview

Manufacture of chemicals for PCB surface treatment and PCB copper plating business using plating line of related companies

We are a venture company engaged in PCB copper plating business using chemical plating line, which is one of the essential processes of PCB manufacturing process and manufacture PCB surface treatment chemical. In the PCB manufacturing process, which is the basic field of all electronic and electrical industries, the PCB surface treatment chemicals industry requires more than 130 kinds of chemical processes, each of which has its own characteristics in the entire PCB manufacturing process except mechanical processing. In addition, various plating methods using chemical process are applied to create an environment in which surface-mounted semiconductors and major components can perform their functions on the substrate.

We are focusing on continuously improving the performance of PCB manufacturing process chemicals and developing chemicals to secure
      future competitiveness.

The manufacturing process of PCB is based on multi-layer board manufacturing, and it has a total of 45 major process steps. Each process has a complicated process structure with several types of process. Especially PCB manufacturing process requires chemical process in all process except initial design and mechanical processing. As the only domestic manufacturer, we have a chemicals for the entire process, supplying chemical manufactured by our company to 130 companies including major PCB makers such as LG Innotek, Samsung Electro-Mechanics, Daeduck Electronics and Isu Petasys.

As the only domestic manufacturer, we have total solutions for all processes, supplying chemicals manufactured by our company to 130 major customers.

In 2003, the PCB copper plating surface treatment business, which has entered the market based on our accumulated know-how in the manufacture of chemicals, has secured the industry's best competitiveness with proven reliability of plating quality from major conglomerates such as LG Innotek. Through intensive investment in R & D, we are focusing on continuously improving the performance of PCB manufacturing processes, which are becoming increasingly sophisticated, and developing chemicals to secure future competitiveness. We will contribute to the improvement of national competitiveness by seeking advanced technologies such as LCD, PDP, and semiconductor manufacturing chemicals.
